At Tampa PEMF, we combine PulseX PEMF technology and Red Light Therapy to help your body recharge, recover, and feel its best – without pills or complicated routines.
PEMF stands for Pulsed Electromagnetic Field.
It’s a form of energy therapy that uses gentle magnetic pulses to encourage better cellular balance and function.
Every cell in your body runs on electricity. Over time, stress, fatigue, and modern life can drain that energy. PEMF sends safe, natural electromagnetic waves that help “recharge” your body at the cellular level – supporting circulation, energy flow, and overall wellness.
Most people describe it as a light tapping or pulsing sensation that leaves them feeling relaxed, grounded, and re-energized.
A non-invasive therapy using electromagnetic pulses to support healing, reduce pain, and improve circulation.
A non-invasive treatment that uses red and near-infrared light to promote healing, reduce inflammation, and support skin and muscle recovery.
Red Light Therapy uses low-level wavelengths of light that naturally support your skin and tissues. Think of it as sunlight without the heat or UV.
These wavelengths help your body produce more energy within its cells (ATP), which may enhance recovery, balance mood, and leave you feeling refreshed and clear-headed.
Together, PEMF + Red Light is like plugging yourself into nature’s charging station.

Most sessions are deeply relaxing. Some people nap, others meditate - everyone leaves feeling lighter and more recharged.
If you have any questions or need more details about our services, feel free to reach out. Our team is happy to guide you, explain your options, and help you choose what’s best for your needs.
There are no long-term adverse effects and PEMF is safe for the entire body. PEMF is a non-invasive procedure that can be used for an extended period of time.
Pulsed magnetic field therapy should be avoided in individuals with implanted medical devices like pacemakers, cochlear hearing devices, spinal stimulator, or implanted defibrillators. PEMF Therapy should also be avoided in individuals with organ transplants, blood clots, those with a history of epilepsy or seizures, or individuals that are actively bleeding or pregnant. Our PEMF systems are completely safe for clients with joint replacements.
The majority of our clients use PEMF for hour long sessions. You can certainly come in for a 30 minute session and move the loop or accessories to target different parts of the body.
Before, one must remove all jewelry and electronics. Cell phone use is not permitted while using the device. One thing our clients should do is stay hydrated, both before and after their PEMF session. Staying hydrated allows the body to accept the energy more efficiently. PEMF is like a deep tissue massage, and we want the body to flush out the
toxins post treatment
Very common for our clients to get immediate relief and have a clearer head. That does not occur all the time of course. PEMF Therapy can help you feel energized and more focused, and this effect will last hours to days depending on your body. The sessions build upon each other, so you will start to notice a cumulative effect where the positive changes last longer
Hear how our clients experience improved energy, faster recovery, and a greater sense of balance through regular PEMF sessions.
